By accessing or using Taskello, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Taskello is a time-aware task management tool that helps individuals: Plan work using time estimates Track progress and completion Reflect on finished tasks Optionally share progress with clients

You must provide a valid email to create an account You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account You are responsible for all activity under your account

Taskello offers a one-time payment for lifetime access. “Lifetime access” means: Access for the lifetime of the product Includes future updates unless explicitly stated otherwise No recurring subscription fees We reserve the right to discontinue the product in the future, but lifetime users will not be charged again.

If offered, refund terms will be clearly stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

You agree not to: Use Taskello for illegal purposes Attempt to access other users’ data Abuse, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service

When you share a client page: You are responsible for the content you share Taskello is not responsible for disputes between you and your clients Shared pages are informational only

Taskello and all related content, design, and functionality are owned by Taskello. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service without permission.

We aim to keep Taskello available, but: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service Maintenance or downtime may occur

Taskello is provided “as is”. We are not liable for: Lost data Lost time Business losses resulting from use of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Taskello at any time.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Taskello means acceptance of the updated terms.
